Descripción de la oferta

Recognized multinational is looking for an Assistant Contact Center Manager with at least 1 year of experience in the BPO environment, in content moderation and brand protection, with the ability to influence cross-functionally in matrix organization. The ACCM reviews content and enforces compliancewith community guidelines to ensure trust and safety of platforms. With skills such as achievement oriented, analytical ability, critical thinking, management and leadership.

• Be responsible for managing operations seamlessly and timely Service-Level Agreement (SLA) delivery along with maintaining high levels of employee and customer satisfaction.
• Manage a team by organizing resources, setting goals, carrying out strategy from leadership on a day to day basis.
• Be responsible for following agreed governance model, escalation, and communication plan while identifying and driving continuous improvements and initiatives in process.
• Build strong partnership with cross-functional teams by growing and developing existing relationships to ensure operational cohesion; effective foundation for future growth.
• Review graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive video content in line with Community Guidelines.
• Transmit eperformance values through leading by example and demonstrating DNA in every interaction.
• Support, motivate, evaluate, develop and coach their Supervisors to continually meet and exceed their individual / team targets.
